9月第1例会(第5回、通算174回)「安全運転の知識を身につけよう」

9月6日(土)に豊田商工会議所にて「安全運転の知識を身につけよう」例会を実施しました。
愛知県は交通事故死亡者数11年連続全国ワースト1という不名誉な状況で、またクルマの街豊田としても重く受け止めざるを得ません。

自動車関連企業では会社で啓発活動をしており、自動車関連企業に勤める会員を中心に今回の例会を企画しました。

まずは座学で交通ルールテストや危険予知トレーニング等を行い、クルマに潜む危険について学びました。その後に実際に公道に出て運転して、いろいろな危険について話しました。

またクルマにはたくさんの死角があり、実際にクルマの周りに人を配置して、死角の多さを体験しました。

今回の例会をきっかけに1つでも行動に移せてもらえれば、交通事故件数低減に繋がるのではないかと思います。
